The screen dimensions are not mobile-friendly. It seems to still be running off the format made 4 desktop. This could be a great Aid to our company, however it needs to be personalized for Mobile use all the way around, otherwise it will be a better performance going to the website from a desktop.

This is a very disappointing app. It is not formatted for phones. This app has not been updated for over 6 months which tells me that very little thought or care has gone into it. If I was Inmoment I would start focusing on my customer reviews since you are in the business of providing a platform for my customers reviews.

Used to work fine but now the summary page won't scroll on your phone so unable to see recent comments/surveys. This was my main reason for installing the app to check our ratings, and any impacts on the go, so is now useless to me.

I was able to login one time. Since then when I open the app it stays blank for about 30 or more. If it comed up it only shows a location # for my office nothing else.

It is very disturbing, that I have to sign in every single time, and I also have to prove I'm not a robot. The summary page shows wrong quarter, that can't be changed.

i hav to use this on my personal mobile phone for work, yet it has verification to see if im a robot and takes about 5 minutes to load up every time
