The auto-logout problem is a serious issue. Also, any feedback or issues logged with the app or website are automatically emailed to all the managers in your organisation. Finally, for some reason, changes to status are not recognised or applied. These are such basic functions that the app is left essentially useless.

Its ok. Doesn't work with ADFS very well. Needs better integration and app sign on

Needs admin features. Need a single button to emergency close all organisations lines in a fire drill.

Keeps logging me out on htc one M9... I have missed meetings because of it, it's sad that my co workers have to text me to tell me there's a meeting... Still not fixed... Come on purecloud!
