This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Formtastic Formulare on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

Mit Formtastic können Sie individuell gestaltbare Formulare erstellen und diese über die App ausfüllen. Die erfassten Daten werden automatisch per E-Mail zusammen mit einem PDF-Export in Ihrem individuellen Design versendet. Jedes Papierformulare kann mit dem Formular-Designer auf formtastic.de in ein digitales Formular umgewandelt werden und dann über die App genutzt werden. Die Formularvorlagen werden einfach per Drag & Drop erstellt. Die erfassten Daten können zur Weiterbearbeitung als Excel-Datei exportiert und auch importiert werden.

Durch die übersichtliche Steuerung in der App wissen Sie immer ganz genau, welche Formulare neu eingegangen, in Bearbeitung, an andere Benutzer zugewiesen oder bereits abgeschlossen sind. Es stehen viele verschiedene Feldtypen zur Verfügung wie z.B. Eingabefelder, Auswahllisten, Checkboxen, Schieberegler, Fotofelder, Unterschriftfelder, Standortbestimmung usw. Darüber hinaus können Felder gruppiert, mehrspaltig oder in Tabellenform dargestellt werden. Sie können die Felder auch so einstellen, dass diese nur dann angezeigt werden, wenn eine bestimmte Bedingung erfüllt ist, z.B. wenn eine Checkbox angekreuzt wird.

Auch können Werte automatisch vorausgefüllt werden. So müssen z.B. Kundendetails nicht manuell eingegeben werden, sondern werden automatisch ausgefüllt, sobald der Kundenname eingegeben wurde. So werden mit Formtastic aus Papierformularen intelligente Geschäftsprozesse.

Die App synchronisiert sich fortlaufend mit der Web-Oberfläche, in der Sie zentral alle Vorgänge steuern können. Sollten Sie mal „offline“ sein z.B. im Keller eines Gebäudes, können Sie die Formulare trotzdem bearbeiten. Die erfassten Daten werden solange auf dem mobilen Gerät zwischengespeichert. Wenn Sie wieder „online“ sind, erfolgt der Datenabgleich automatisch.
