Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing InfoPMS for Water on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

L’APP consente al personale interno ed esterno delle società che lavorano nel Ciclo Integrato delle Acque interno di gestire in maniera efficace e immediata le Operations che svolgono più frequentemente. Per ogni processo gestito è possibile anche allegare fotografie e rilevare le coordinate GPS.

I processi supportati dall’APP sono:

1. Pratiche con o senza Appuntamento con l’Utenza (compatibile con i requisiti della delibera 655/2015/R/idr dell’Autorità per l'energia elettrica il gas e il sistema idrico), rotazione dei contatori e rilevamento letture contatori;

2. Manutenzione Programmata sugli impianti, con rilevamento misure;

3. Attività di conduzione impianti dislocati sul territorio;

4. Emissione di Ticket;

5. Ricezione e risoluzione Ticket manutentivi (Manutenzione a Guasto).
