the App will not install on Nvidia shield pro.it shows its installed but the application wont show up in the application list

It looks like this app could work, but developers need to provide actual URLs that work; not just examples. This is why the app ratings are low. Many users cannot figure out how to make this work, even when they have the correct setup and correct service providers and middleware versions. So, provide actual URLs. :)

My provider is confirmed having middleware 5.0.1 and it still not working. I was told by one of the mods it has to do with this app login authentication and "NOT compatible" is the only error it gives so can't debug :(
