To manage number of cases, an Advocate has to maintain a Case Diary wherein he notes down all his cases and all the cases are forwarded to the next scheduled hearing date. For forwarding all the cases, one has to rewrite the case name, court name, judge name and other related blanks again and again on a daily basis.

Practiso also lets you make Groups and add users in the Group. Suppose there are multiple Advocates in the same firm, the Administrator can create a Group and can add Advocates to the Group.
Practiso also has a capability of synchronizing all the data amongst its Users in the Group. Data like Adding New Case, Name of the Parties, taking up a Next Hearing Date etc. will be automatically shared amongst its users in the Group. This notifies to the other Advocates that a particular case has been attended and thus will avoid repetition.
