Blank screen when adding corrective action. Have tried different users on different android devices and this issue continues to happen. This has been happening for the last 48 hours.

when there is an action needed it is very cumbersome. much of the same information has to be entered multiple times.

Great enterprise solution for us. We have divisions, areas, the jobs managed by managers, general foremen, foremen. We also have about every job title as well. This tracks it all. Best to you all!
