About this app

Developed by construction safety professionals, the Safety Compliance App gives Project Managers, Supervisors and Foremen the ability to conduct and manage all aspects of your company safety program in the field with their mobile devices. Everything in the field is connected with your online safety portal, which allows you to see, schedule and manage projects, contractors, and all maintain all your safety records.

Main Features (All with unlimited access and use):

- Conduct Safety Tailgate Meetings (Tool Box Talks) in English and Spanish: The meeting content is high quality and reflects the best in teaching. They are designed to allow for effective safety meetings to be conducted. Easily obtain signatures and/or a photo of those in attendance for proof of training.

- Project Inspections: Whether a General Contractor, a framer, roofer, plumber, or perform any other trade, easily conduct daily inspections of your project, make notes and manage any unsatisfactory safety items. Items requiring correction are sent to those responsible for correction, with a thread maintained of corrective action.

Also conduct other required inspections including scaffolding and trench inspections.

- Equipment Inspections: Similar function to project inspections, you can also conduct daily inspections of equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts and heavy equipment. Have a piece of equipment not currently in our system, we will develop it for you.

- JHA Creation: Create and easily duplicate JHA's for your work using our simple system of entering the task, work steps, potential hazards, and methods of control.

- Hot Work Permits: Easily implement your hot work permit by going through the simple digital checklist and selecting who has responsibility for ensuring the work is done safely.

- Confined Space Permits: Easily select your Entry Supervisor, Attendant(s) and Entrant(s). Fill out the checklist including hazards, required PPE, air monitoring equipment and the rescue plan. Easily enter air monitoring reading data when doing periodic testing. Close out the permit when complete and it is all maintained in the cloud.

- Accident / Incident Investigations: Perform accident, incident and near miss investigations in the field. The app walks the investigator through the process from beginning to end with ability to take photos, annotate them, take witness statements, document the root cause, contributing factors, and any corrective action.

- Employee Violations: Easily administer an employee violation in the field and obtain the signature of the employee. the app walks you through the process.

- Company Safety Documents: App users are able to access the company safety documents through the app including everything for their particular project(s).

- Online Portal: The company administrator can manage everything in the company online portal. File folders are automatically created where all the field safety documents are stored by Project.

The administrator can allow the users to select which safety tailgate meeting to conduct during the week and/or can schedule which meetings to be done. Users receive push notifications of what is scheduled.

The power of the app and online company portal allows for everything to be done digitally and automatically stored in the cloud.
