The app is good when it works, but it hardly ever works. I had two days of the app working perfectly then it went completely down the drain. The filtering feature in the job search is horrendous. Job postings do not show up on the app even though I know for a fact there are available shifts (they show up the day of the shift after it's too late to book it) and the filters do not work. I can try to filter only for shifts on MWF, but the filter will return shifts for everyday...if any at all.

It's a relatively new app to the market so for those looking for something super steady, it's not quite there yet but it will be. I just finished working with my second employer and overall, it's been a great experience. The app is easy to navigate, you work and get paid the following week. Also, just my personal experience but both employers offered me a full time job after only working there twice. 😁 Something to keep in mind.

I had not worked with flex initially after signing on with them. Mostly because there were never any jobs posted. So I just started working with them as a booked the entire month of May. Everything was working fine all of TWO DAYS. I haven't worked this entire week so far because i cannot confirm my shifts! There's no way to contact them except chat and email. Chat was completely useless!! Email rep is somewhat helpful yet, nothing has really helped. I'm basically out of work AGAIN!

The skills assessment selection screen is bugged, restricting progress. Could be great once fixed.
