This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Geocaster+ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

IncaX provide one of the most advanced and cost effective tracking and situational awareness system available today for COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) devices.

Based on technology developed by IncaX for a series of exercises conducted by the US Office of Naval Research (ONR) the Geocaster+ application for Android enhances the system by bringing features from the Command and Control dashboard to mobile devices.

The Geocaster+ application monitors location updates from Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone devices and receives alerts based on proximity markers and Geofences that can be created on-the-fly from within the application.

Geocaster+ for Android is an Enterprise application for existing IncaX customers. The application requires an IncaX customer key and product key to activate. Designed for mobile devices the Geocaster+ application is companion to the Geocaster application.
