It doesn't even work properly, half of the time it doesn't even show where the drivers are it just shows the driver in front of the shop at all time it would be great for you to try and fix the live tracking. Thank you

Awful app for drivers, half the deliveries disappear when you mark as delivered so you can't track how many you done as easily you still need to keep the paper slips and a load of improvements needed like routing trips better

Hoping you read and respond as it would be good to improve the app. App gives incorrect distance, it gives the distance in a straight line from your location to destination, not the distance via roads! Distance via roads obviously is longer and accurate. Or your boss is like where have you been, it's only 3 miles, when actually it's often 4 or 5 miles. Also when customer orders, delivery fee is wrong because it doesn't calculate by distance. On busy nights, app is v slow to send order to phone.

We can't pick up the orders from mobile phone. Owner has to sign in from store devices If he is not forget it. Which is painful for drivers. I wish we could pick up the orders ourselves from mobile phone and go easy

Great app for drivers and takeaway owners to keep track of their orders also handy for customers they get notifications when driver reaches to their address still some improvements needed in address accuracy.
