I use this app for work. Very frustrating. You cannot sort the jobs in order of end date. Also when you open up a specific job and then go back to the list of jobs page, it scrolls back the top of page. You also cannot put notes connected to each time report either. Overall a below average app.

Frustrating. I use this app for work. You have to open each job in the list to view what it is. When you go back, it takes you to the top of the list and you have to scroll through many jobs to find where you were. Opening each job and being sent to the top of the list to repeat the search each time. Please make it so when you exit a job you are at the job you just exited. Not being able to sort by end date does cause issues as well.

The apps cant start on my Android.

It has some preloaded jobs and things, I need to test it with a blank app, to know if it works with my field of service (residential& commercial irrigation or sprinkler repair)

I use this app at work but it lacks in the filter job end date. Also when you hop out of a job it goes back to the top of the list, very frustrating. This could be a good work app with these few adjustments

Work orders are hard to track and sort when dealing with lots of work orders, filter functionality is limited and we cannot filt we by work order end date which is how we run out KPIs, when viewing a workorder, if you hit the back buttion the job list reverts to the top of the list

About this app

The Mobile Work Order solution supports separate and route work order processes and is applicable for Enterprise Asset Management and Service Management solutions across Service-, Energy & Utilities- and Asset Intensive Industries along with manufacturers carrying out internal maintenance work in large plants and facilities. The solution can also be used in project-based industries to execute project work orders, though issues of Project Inventory is currently not supported.

The solution provides a prescribed process that is available off-line with synchronization to the back-office. As such, the transaction support is limited to the functionality written in the solution and customizations are costly to undertake. Care should therefore be taken to ensure that the customer needs offline access and that the transactional flow is sufficient for their requirements. That said, the use of surveys to enable ad-hoc data collection and the flexible driven process are major benefits. It is easy to deploy, easy to use and has a very low training overhead for end users.
