About this app

This release of IFS Incident Reporter™ allows you to quickly create and submit Health and Safety incident reports right from the incident’s scene. You can classify incidents in accordance with your company’s standards, along with necessary information, such as severity level, location, personnel injury and illness information, and immediate actions taken. It is possible to add pictures taken with your smartphone in order to better illustrate what happened.

Use of IFS Incident Reporter™ requires a connection to an IFS Application installation(s) and a valid IFS Touch Apps subscription. However, you can try out IFS Incident Reporter™ in Try Me mode with demo data without the need to a log on or network connection.
