Asset Library

With Asset HQ - Manage your assets by department to ensure you get alerts and updates only for assets within your responsibility areas. You can also search for an asset by department, and report on all assets within a department. The customisable tree format allows you to drill down as many levels as required to find the assets you need.

Maintenance and Inspection Task lists

The Task List shows engineers a list of tasks that need to be completed for any maintenance or inspection job. Using mobile devices the engineer can input data on site.

Maintenance History/Job Recording

All jobs and tasks carried out on an asset are recorded in that assets Job History screen. You will be able to view a detailed list of all jobs that were carried out on that asset, whether it was planned, reactive or an inspection, as well as time spent on the job.

Spare Parts Management

Keep an inventory of your spares and maintain stock levels during job progression.

Email Alerts

Work order escalations are sent to the appropriate personnel for immediate input or corrective action when maintenance or inspections are due on assets. Email notifications are also used within the system to alert managers to relevant information.

Health & Safety Module

Engineers must record that they have read and and carried out the Health & Safety requirements in relation to each job.

NFC Tagging

With NFC support built in, AssetHQ allows you to identify each asset with ease through any smartphone or tablet device. NFC allows staff to quickly manage their assets and update their maintenance in the field. Engineers will scan NFC chips placed on an asset for immediate access to that assets maintenance guides/risk assessments/method statements. This also 'checks-in' engineers and guarantees 'proof of position'.

Mobile Version

AssetHQ allows for real time wireless connection allowing engineers to view up-to-date work orders and stock information remotely, regardless of location. Engineers can manage all maintenance and inspections without having to return to the office to retrieve information or print documentation.

Customisable

Asset HQ is fully customisable, therefore if there are tweaks or modules you need added, IEB Software can design a custom module for you.

Defect Report Tool

When Engineers notice a fault on-site they can report it via the system to their line manager who can then make it a reactive maintenance job.

GIS Map Search Function

Using satellite imagery and coordinates, you can locate fixed location assets on a map for quick reference.

Reports and KPI's

Generate real time reports using specific data filters. See what jobs are upcoming or recently completed, and determine which assets required the most work over the past year. KPI's show how staff are performing against pre-determined targets.
