Two stars is generous. When it works the app is decent but it barely ever works. Issues include: The app has to stay open in your phone in order to work. Makes me login constantly and almost everytime doesn't recognize my login so I have to create a new PW. Caller ID only shows numbers, no names, even from coworkers extensions. Freezes. Won't let me answer or sometimes won't let me hang up. And I have to close the app to get out of it. Delays in ringing and voice. Dropped calls. I could go in...

App has always had good days and bad days. Bad days are when I attempt to answer a call and then it freezes but eventually it'll work once a log off and log back on. Today it's literally staying stuck on an call as if it's still ringing and it's not disappearing no matter how many times I attempt to accept/decline call or close the app. I'm having to restart my phone several times already today. What is going on???

This new app is missing many of the features that the previous app had which made it very useful. I get the attempt to streamline but they dropped too many important features. I can't even enable my extension anymore without having to log in on my desktop. Don't download the new app if you still have the old one.

The messenger glitches. I cannot click send most of the time or it won't let me type. The phone works ok. But use the messenger feature the most which mostly doesn't work on the app and causes difficulties when I need to be Mobile.

Terrible. Connectivity issues. App is unreliable. Half the time, the dial feature doesn't even work, so I can't place my call.

We thought to use this, and then they sent us quote, we accept it. We just used it only for 2 days and they flagged it as fraudulent. I think that they are fraud.
