I was trying to use this service to deliver my product to my customer. So, 7 AM today I've book my delivery appointment for Sameday delivery service/ SMD for 8 AM-12 PM pickups. Waited for 5 hours till 1 PM and NO one (from IDExpress) contacted me, at least to say that they will be late. And! The customer CANNOT contact IDExpress courrier or locate their deliveryman positions. So I have to cancel my delivery and uninstall this app.
