Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing PremiSys™ Resident Manager™ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. PremiSys™ Resident Manager™ allows you to manage a large number of residents and doors in a single, clean interface — right from your mobile device. Edit resident information, add new residents, unlock doors, generate audit reports and more.

Resident Manager eliminates the need for a network infrastructure to communicate with the locks in your system, drastically reducing installation costs.
Innovative “no-tour” functionality means an enrollment reader writes the access information directly to the credential. When a resident presents an enrolled credential to the lock for the first time, the information is immediately uploaded to the lock and stored in the lock’s database.
PremiSys Resident Manager works with a variety of locks from Schlage, including Control Smart Locks, LE Mortise Locks, and NDE Locks.

PremiSys Resident Manager is part of the PremiSys suite of products and can be used in conjunction with other door configurations, including Wi-Fi, Gateway IP, Gateway RSI, and hardwired doors.
