Ambiguous app ! There no guidelines, no instructions. You keep wandering for hour to figure out how to submitt renew membership. And when if you want to edit some information you will have to go to the website to do that !! And keep bouncing between the app and the website !!

Not good app, need to improve and make it more efficient same as website.I am trying to raise new request and tapping + Sign .. No further window is coming. App is not accepting tapping on + sign for raising request. Not good app. I tried to open website on mobile through Browser and also there Top side and below side screens always filled with SCE logo and ..... Cannot process anything from mobile. I have to find desktop Pc for updating.

This app and their website worst experience. Try to login but site don't give me access later after few days i was login.. whenever shift from Arabic to english on website every written txt is hide. Lots of flaws
