Hypr offers users the immediate delivery of products ranging from groceries and household items to other everyday necessities. Hypr Delivery app enables approved providers the opportunity to deliver pending orders.

It is actually for Delivery Role. When a packer packs an order, all the delivery boys of that Location(store) receive a notification that the order is ready to be delivered, only one delivery boy can accept an order. If a delivery boy accepts an order, it's his responsibility to pick up that order from the store and deliver it to the door within the delivery time. If the payment gateway is COD, the delivery boy has to pick up the order amount and manually add this to the order. In the case of Stripe(CC), payment is automatically made.

The Delivery role can accept more than one Order at a time and with route optimization(finding the shortest path between two points), he/she can deliver all orders according to the distance.

Now, there is a scenario when a delivery role doesn't pick an order, In this case, the store manager OR Packer can manually assign a delivery role to this order to get it delivered in time.

Now, a question is how a store manager can sign-up, there is no automatic way to do it. The Company owner can create it from the admin portal and provide credentials to the Store Manager, a store manager can manage the whole store from the packer app, Store manager role can manage the whole catalog Or inventory from the packer app as well. The Store Manager also has permission to add new packers, or delivery boys to his store to manage delivery operations.

To manage stores area-wise there is an area manager role. All stores under a specific area are under the area manager. The area manager can perform all operations of a store manager for each store that is under his area. To Manage all these there is a Company owner role. For further division, under the Company owner, there are Store managers, Area managers, and CS-Representative roles.
