It shouldn't take 20 days and counting for a background check to clear. It has never taken Checkr this long to run a background on me and I have had several ran.

The policy is way too strict for a country stricken by a literal pandemic. I've had to cancel multiple shifts due to COVID symptoms, and then actually testing positive, and I was punished for that to where I was suspended for a month. Now the app is showing me tasks 50 miles away & when I try to filter for tasks within my area, it will automatically switch it to tasks I've already applied for. So now I'm worried I'll accidentally apply to something too far away, have to cancel, and be banned.

I don't have a lot of experience operating this app but from the experience that I have had or the little that I have had the app seems to be very stable and very detailed. I like the layout of the buttons everything looks very easy to touch and navigate

no notification to start job no finish button how on earth do you tell them your on way the navigation button should let you know i am enroute to job when tap. I worked a job Friday not paid for Driveline not paid. I need help no support # to call an resolve issues no youtube viedo to watch learn on own.

This was a good app but when it came time for me to review my background check, I tried and they couldn't, I contact support several times about the issue and their support team has been trash and never give any useful info. If you are planning on downloading this app, it's only good for about a year amd after that it becomes useless because you won't be able to work anymore.

I signed up only to be told Hyer isn't LIVE in my area and it can't do a background check. I live in NYC you'd think it's something that could be used. Waste of time.
