Using BlueStacks

Not Happy with the service Having problem from the day one I installed the tracker in my vehicle

I think these are never done testing on their product. 1. Not able to get login (Many times). 2. Wrong location update, after parking 3 days ( happen twice) 3. No 24x7 call center. 4. Not able login through website. 5. Many times, server is not responding or connection issue. Even right now I am not able to login again. Better to buy another geniune product.

Worst product ever and waste of 18k at once. Can't be trusted. Auto Theft fails 4-5 times out of 10 times and forget about real-time location. It shows car in moving state while it's parked and not sure which Sim they are using, it doesn't have full coverage and fail to connect with Car. Have issued a ticket but no response so far for more then 3 weeks. Really disappointed.

The most rubbish product I have even seen. Dude first test your device properly and then sell them. Don't make people fool. The device always gives wrong location update, false alarms, no alarm if someone try to take out tyres or break the glass. Full Deal is fake made by the company. Just looting the people. The customer care don't respond to the complaints. No person comes to service the device or to check what the problem is. I don't even want to give this one star.

What's the hell is going on, I can't understand. Completely fake and fraud also they make fool to who purchased this product. Costumer care didn't respond when we need, their timeings between 1030am to 1800hrs only if anyone get problem after their timeings that fellow go to die because they were no respond, So I hardly recommend to you all guys don't purchase this puma guard.
