Not good. When someone makes a shift trade request, it doesn't look like a shift trade. It looks like a shift pickup. So you accept it. It doesn't tell you it's a shift trade until AFTER you accept it. And there's no way to cancel it. You have to beg and plead with management to cancel and they get annoyed because everyone in the company is making the same mistake because of this stupid app. MAKE IT CLEAR THAT IT'S A SHIFT TRADE REQUEST AND NOT A PICKUP.

This past update took away my ability to clock in/out easily. Now goes to the individual pages which I don't really need to see instead of the dashboard where I could easily clock in and out

The app does exacly you would expect from it. It gives you time until your shift, how long you have done your shift, and other data you would want. Your able to see a calandar of your schedule and even monitor all the hours approved and not. There is also a great support team if you arise to any problems of the app. And you can also see announcements and updates from your job. I recommend this app for any business.

Easy for me to learn, clean and organized layout, many helpful tools (message wall, staff contact info, manual timeclock adjustment,etc.) Only one glitch so far, but I was about to reset my password and log back in.

Is sometimes editing Time stamps can Be complicated but other than that it's easy to use and well organized

App literally doesn't even work. Deletes shifts before they start. Says you are late to a shift when it does start for hours. More recent issue is it doesn't even show my Sunday shift at all even though the person who assigned my shift has screenshots of the shift on their end there is literally nothing on my end. There is no way to see your coworkers schedule. There is no way to see a calander view of everyone's schedule. The fact that this app has a good rating is a mystery to me...
