Have to sign in almost every 4th use. Loses the gateway almost every 3rd use. I have six zones and use this about 3 times a week. Bought the whole thing new (amp/6 zone control in 8/18) but user experiance is poor. we have android and ios. Yes customer service is excellent, but after 2.5 years of constantly signing in it gets old. they claim it is an android thing they cant fix, but I dont have a single other app that has this problem - and I am not a newbie to apps or tech in any way. bleh.

I have to sign in and reconfigure and reassign devices several times a week. No other app requires this. It is not an Android problem. It is an app problem.

Inconsistent!! Drops periodically and have to restore and reconfigure often. Sad, when everything else in the system works well. And it's not my wireless signal!

Completely unstable. Loses connectivity regularly

Last update fixed the issues I was having. Needed to delete and re-add gateway to fix. Customer service reps contacted me and problems were solved promptly. Can't say enough about the excellent service they provide.

2017-04-23: Would love to see Google home integration. Would give 5/5 stars for that feature. 2017-03-14: App seems to be working since last update. Fingers crossed it keeps working. App barley works, settings get reset or have to add the reciever randomly. App can sometimes send commands but never updates the current status of the reciever. Not worth the $100 for the gateway.
