Unable to log in. Password is correct. Username correct. Email correct. Have reset everything as directed. All tracksmart apps are junk. Attendance app is junk. Timecard app is junk. Scheduling app is junk. In general.....TrackSmart is garbage. I assure you that if I was the decision maker or HR appointed administrator for my company I would most definitely use a different app. TrackSmart = junk and problem after problem!

This app is a joke, it worked when I first installed it, now it does nothing can't scroll up or down and most recently, it won't take my password and I can't find a link to reset it, this app is useless.

Used to work okay, but now I can't scroll down the schedule on android, meaning I can't see whose working in the afternoon most days. Shortcuts to phone numbers also don't work. Very dated and glitchy interface.

works ok when viewing my schedule, but I also have an Android and cannot scroll when looking at "today's schedule" It's frustrating as much as it is annoying. Fix the Android issue, and I would recommend the app.

App was working fine on Pixel 2xl. Last week lost the ability to scroll up and down. I have force stopped, cleared cache and storage, uninstalled and installed. Still not able to scroll thru schedule.
