This might sound obvious, but read the fine print. You're locked in for a year. Has some cool features, but I'm giving one star just on the principle that I'm paying for a year subscription for something that I have no use for. I missed work to have a "subscription review" zoom meeting today to try to remedy this, and no one showed up. Do yourself a favor: skip this app and just give the $1668 to your preferred charity.

Extremely poor customer service!!! I paid for the service and on my second day was alerted that their was a mistake with my account. Good on them for recognizing this, but their ability to fix it was soooooo painful I decided if that's the best they can do I don't want their service. They are supposed to make my life easier as a carpenter, but the headache I received right after starting the service dictates they don't have to ability to do their own job, much less make mine easier. Do not use!

Does not work for me. Doesn't show invoices, po, or estimates. I contacted support and they were suppose to work on the issue. When I contacted them this week to see if it was fixed, the case was closed. And the issue was not fixed! The app only gives me contact info for my clients and messages from clients. ****Edit**** I followed up with Isaiah on Jan 4th via email and still have had no response. I have opened another support ticket hoping its fixed before it gets closed.

Pretty useless APP so far. I am a GC looking for an app to help with estimates. UI is not intuitive. Tutorial videos/youtube are outdated or do not apply to my phone (How do I switch from metric to US? Why is there no "settings" tab? Why can I adjust the length of walls, but not snap them to 90 degrees? Why can't I sketch a floor plan, instead using of the glitchy AR camera?)

Houzz can benefit your company with multiple options and are relative in costs to their industry. Our rep could follow up with us a bit more to become more of a link in our chain here. sometimes I feel like she has other things to do. otherwise if your handy with design they give you design capability of architectural renderings as well as 3d doll house walk through ability. they have help videos if you need them. they have lead optimization and management to organize all of your influx. Try em!

Extreemily hard to find what you need, time & expenses keeps moving to different places, no real good design aps, and the estimating for projects was made by a first grader.. nothing is simple..like build an interior wall. All the choices should pop up. Wood, metal, drywall 1 side, 2? Ect. I only use it for my subs to log time. Lost money on all the estimates I did. And now it says to update, guess what? Its set for auto and there is no way to manually update!
