Love the app but appears they've given up on it. The support phone number in the app ended up at some poor soul that is receiving a lot of calls from users yet has no connection to the company. 2nd attempt I got through to support, never heard back. Emailed support. No response. Kind of sad actually. This was exactly what I needed personally and this app had MASSIVE potential. There are so many things that could be added to make this a powerhouse for millions of gig workers.

The app asks for your location just to show you a huge list of jobs that aren't available in your area. Fix this to show me the three jobs that are on your app that are available in my area and I'll change the rating. This is a pretty frustrating issue, honestly just switch to indeed.

App says someone is using my email address. I have never heard of this app nor have I ever signed up for it. I then use a different email address and I receive an error message this app definitely does not work. Please fix it and then I'll re install it. Thank you.

I downloaded the app, put my name and address. I couldn't go further because I don't have an apartment. N/A didn't work, and neither did 1. ***EDIT AFTER REPLY*** I may have an issue with data connection, I don't know. I could NOT go past apartment lot, this I know.

For people that work multiple ride Hale apps at the same time this app is not a good app for tracking and managing stats.
