About this app

hello! uses QR/ NFC tags that are glued at specific locations (tables, seabeds, rooms, etc) The customer scans the tags with the hello! app and directly (with no registration) loads in his phone a number of modules that allow him to issues specific requests to the house; to its central desk or even specific assistants that have been assigned to service to the location where the request originated from.

These requests can be as simple as a request or water or bread but can extend to ordering, booking, e-payments, bonus schemes, etc. In addition, hello! supports a number of real time modules such as real time information on air quality parameters, on the headcount of various areas of the premise including the toilet hall, etc.

hello! can also be used remotely in which case registration will be first necessary. Registration is not necessary for in situ uses with the exception of modules such as “Bonus” which by definition mandate the creation of a user account.

hello! is modular; there is a BASIC package that bundles together some simple requests and there are a number of add on modules that the site can decide to purchase/ enable or not. In principle these are independent although in some cases one module's use may require some other in place. This is the case of “bonus” that requires the activation of “e-order”
