This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HRGX+ on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

I had the original HRG app that worked great with my system. This app does not support my system so now I can not access my cameras remotely while not at home. I do not understand why the discontinued the original HRG app. I will NEVER buy Honeywell products again, this includes my thermostat and any other product I have. I will also request all friends and family to do the same. I will never suggest Honeywell to any customers.

This version of the app is literally completely useless. My cameras have been inaccessible remotely for almost 3 months, and you have yet to correct the issue. Super frustrating.

Useless app. Unreal with today's technology that Honeywell has failed miserably. Can't mobile view our system due to a useless, poorly developed app. Morons
