I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON, BUT I PAY TOO DAMN MUCH TO DEAL WITH THIS. The app keeps shutting off after every single picture I take! It goes back to the original open report screen!

HG app crashed 4 times in a row, in 40 minutes,on my Samsung Tablet. Was taking photos and commenting in itemized format. Lost everything. Even saving the report failed to keep my progress safe.

The Camera option for the companion using the Samsung phone crashes 80% of the time causing you to loose your written deficiencies/write ups. Extremely disappointed.

My photos taken in the HG app typically save in my phone's gallery automatically. Yesterday all of a sudden, my photos don't save to my gallery. Instead they stay in the app when I upload a report. Which is fine until I need to move the photo from the homegauge software on the laptop to write a 4point or a wind mitigation. I have to take a screenshots of the multiple photos on my laptop, which they lose resolution and takes an incredible amount of time. Any insight? Lg v30 Thin Q phone.
