This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LCC Mobile App on PC Windows and Mac.

Experience? Horrible, very horrible. I can't even register my car. Keeps rejecting my requests. For what reason? Only best known to those who own this app. What is the use if you can't even give a feedback to why a registration is rejected twice.

It is not yet Uhuru! The update has not addressed the major pain points which include toll usage history as well as the non-availability of a log-out button or tab. On payment history, the app only displays history for transactions or top-ups done on the app and not on other channels like QuickTeller. In summary, there is no value addition brought forward by this update. Addressing these shortcomings as soon as possible would improve user experience.

I have not been able to login to my account since mid April. Anytime I entered my mobile it continue loading until it time out. Can this be fixed?

I find it hard to believe this application undergoes basic test... 1. When registering for eTag, the email address field brings up numeric keyboard. 2. When uploading license and id card, the license image upload to both id card and license preview. 3. When Id card image is snapped, it does not reflect on the id card image preview

The app doesn't show current balance even after many refresh. The only balance showing is as at the day the toll account was added to the app.

What kind of app is this that you cannot exit? After pressing any of the menu options and coming back to the home screen, you press the back button on an Android phone to close the app but it does not respond. It will eventually run down your battery!

It's the official LCC mobile app for quick payments, toll account balance check, Toll account top-up and also a unified app for all toll plazas in Lagos State. You can view your top up and also get quick feedback when in trouble on the LCC main highways in Lagos.

Features include:

1. Quick Pay: With this feature, you can generate a code and just present at the Tollbooth and you will be granted a pass.
2. Top-Up: You can top up your toll account with this feature and you can have it topped up instantly and with this top-up, you can pass the toll.
3. Balance Check: Now it is possible to check your toll account instantly before you pass the toll. No need to get frustrated as you can now see if you are running out of balance even before you reach the toll.
4. Register for Toll Account: Your registration of a new Toll Account is not just at your fingertips. Do you want to get a Toll account just register your profile, attach the necessary ID and Vehicle License image and you will be contacted once available in the App?
5. Need Help?: Did your vehicle brake down on the roadside? Do you need a tow truck? Just click on this feature and you will get access to a tow truck and you can send an image or drop a pin to your precise location and we will do the rest.
