About this app

A mobile App for negotiating and creating multilingual contracts for buying and selling goods.

Developed by practicing lawyers in the U.S. and China who represent companies in global trade.

Ideal for companies or individuals who value fair and easy to understand contracts and are involved in buying or selling goods, especially across borders.

Gone are the days of long contract templates with one-sided, confusing and unnecessary language. Key terms are no longer mangled in bad translation.

Users can easily walk through and build the basic components of a contract to buy and sell goods, easily attaching pictures and pdfs to further tailor their contracts to their specific needs.

Legal terms and choices are spelled out clearly in everyday language that is easy to understand, and informational tips are given along the way.

Once the terms are proposed by one user, the other user can review and either accept or revise the proposed terms. Any changes are tracked so the original user can see where changes were made.

Users can simultaneously switch between English and Mandarin, and the final contract is then shown in both languages.
