It has been a great app for users particularly when travelling overseas. It was 11 marks out of ten. However, the new version launched in 15 Nov 2018 brought it down to 3 out of 10. Even the basic dialing out or receiving calls function fails always. As a user I don't understand why HKBN has lunched such a substandard version on 15 Nov 2018. It will be a blessing if they go back to the original version which we love to use.

My mobile is Android 9.0. Screen cannot be on when my MobileOffice Plus receives the phone call. Please check and fix. thanks.
