Worste customer service. I have raised 4 times complaint, they closed the tickets without solving the issue. I took 60mbps but not even coming upto 35mbps speed. Very bad service. While taking connection they will promise blunt promises. Today(1st april 2021) it's been 6 hours they have not resolved the issue. Very bad technician and management in suncity bandlaguda.

Such a worst worst broadband connection and services are worst as well. I'm reaching out to customer care every alternate day with concerns. And they will take one day to resolve it. You don't know when your wifi nw is disconnected and shows no internet. With personal experience I suggest NEVER go for Hireach.

Worst service, I have never used a broadband like this. Please don't take this broadband. To resolve a complaint they will take 3 to 4 days. Many of the times they will close complaints by themselves even without knowing whether internet is working or not. Most of the times customercare number does not work. For employees who is doing work from home, this internet is not useful. Once again please don't take this internet.

The net speed is too slow and it's poor connection. Till now I complained nearly 10 times but still there's no response from you either no technician was sent to our home. We are really very much disappointed with your services. If I call you, you are not lifting and declining the call. Is this the way to respond to customer's complaint? If this still continues further , am gonna loose

Literally felt Google must have given a -infinity rating option as well in play store. Even that would have been less for this broadband. Worst worst worst service ever in my life. It's been more than one and a half day since I was facing issue connecting to internet. No one is answering calls, CC call was going on hold. If you choose this broadband it will be one of the biggest sin you have commited in your life. Your work will be impacted very very badly if working from home.

Worst broadband .They don't even respond for 3-4 days even after giving complaint. don't take this broadband. You will suffer alot if you take this broadband.
