Seems to have issues crashing after I send 1 or 2 messages. Notifications and the app layout looks neat and tidy for customer support use. Please check the app crashing issue. Currently if I am on my mobile without my laptop, I need to login to the website and reply to messages. (not so mobile friendly website)

Constantly crashes everytime I send or receive a message. Also, if a new lead starts a conversation, I get a notification, but I need to refresh the chat list to see the new conversation. It is unusable. Needs a lot of work.

Messages from the live chat would not reliably appear in the Android app. My messages were always delivered, but I did not receive the messages from the live chat.
