I would have given it a lower rating but their support team is amazing. I had many issues recording on this app. It would tell me I had issues recording my trial and it caused me to lose attempts. However, when I reached out to their support team they helped to fix the issue and got me my attempts back. Not the best app, but their support team makes up for it.

This app is so easy to use! I just recorded my students and the process was so intuitive and simple. They were stressed out about auditioning virtually this year, but this made it so easy for them. Definitely 5 stars👍

I tried being understanding with this app, but this app has been NOTHING but frustrating. I cannot begin to express how horrible it has been to try to record with it. The quality of the video is bad; it loses connection so easily; it just stops uploading when it's almost done, and the last-minute updates to the app caused mix ups with the submissions. This was not a user-friendly app, and I could easily go without ever seeing this app's icon ever again and will try my best to avoid it.

Contrary to what the app says, it is not completely user friendly. If there are mistakes while signing up it is extremely difficult to get them fixed. There is no option to delete audition events if you sign up for the wrong one. This is not only inconvenient for the user but also for the other person who's event you signed up for! Tech support has also not answered and it has been more than 'a few minutes'.

This app is horrible. I recorded my audition so many times, and after most of them, I got an error message saying, "There was an issue recording your trial." It wouldn't tell me what was wrong, so after a bazillion tries, I finally had a few that actually worked. Wasted so much time on the ones that didn't work. They should let us make our own videos to submit, instead of making us do them through this stupid app. 1.4 stars.

The app was so easy to use for my 24 studio auditions for the NFMC Music Festival. Very good video and sound quality, made recording very easy, also the app makes you take off wifi and put your phone on airplane mode to record so that there are no distractions or pop ups on the videos and then prompts you to turn on wifi again to upload. My students did very well, and they enjoyed the experience. Thank you for allowing virtual auditions to happen HeartOut!
