Check in goes smoothly. Complete tasks and enter notes fine. Check out is a nightmare. It takes forever to go through check out process. Then when you think it's completed, the app goes offline, freezes, or stops working. Times are not being processed and have to submit paper forms to get paid.

Checking is horrible half of the time it says checkin is disabled and checkout as well. But once i am checked in it is pretty good. But i do feel like the other features besides the Tasks page are not easily understandable and it would be helpful to have a video or directions to operate the rest of the app.

This app totally frustrates me because it will tell you that you've sucessfully checked in and out,but when the time arrives on monday,when my office CSR makes out my time,it doesnt SHOW up!!! very aggravating!!! ALSO--- id like to make a suggestion, could there please be a show & hide password option,so it will save me time &so I will know ive typed the correct one??!

I clock in as expected. Yet clocking out is horrible. It says loading with no ability to use it. Calling my employer daily is not conducive to a good end of shift day.

The CrescendoConnect app is designed to help home health, hospice, and private duty home care providers facilitate communications between caregivers, physicians, patients, and families; leading to better patient outcomes, improved quality of care, and cost reduction.

Features include Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) through GPS-enabled tracking; secure communications for better coordination of care and communications between healthcare professionals, patients, and families; and collaborative care with physicians, caregivers, families, and others.

CrescendoConnect, compliant with Federal and State EVV requirements, automates the EVV process and offers ease to caregivers. Caregivers can view and document on care plan tasks, access upcoming schedules, and review important appointment information in advance – all from their smartphone/mobile device.

Users may easily, and securely, communicate with multiple disciplines, agency staff, and the patient. And, all communications within CrescendoConnect are compliant with HIPAA regulations and the Home Health Conditions of Participation.

CrescendoConnect can capture the patient’s signature while also providing physicians an easy way to view and sign orders for patients.
