My internet was not for past three days. I complaint through app as well as through customer care. But no response. They don't have any number to whom you can talk. I have paid for yearly subscription. That's why I can't change as they don't refund any amount. Whenever I call they say please wait, your problem will be resolved. On the app they automatically closes the complaint without even asking the customer whether the problem has been rectified or not. I requested for same problem three time

I wanna give a big ZERO(0).Hathway app is only interested in renewal. You can't see new plans.. you can't compare plans. Just renewal option is available. They have a "Chat now" option since more than 1 year now. Whenever I click on the "Chat now" option, I get to see "Coming soon" on my screen. It's not during these covid times, it's been the same situation since more than a year now. You can't even connect with the customer service number as chances are the call will get disconnected.

Your application is Very very very old and it isn't at all user friendly. There's no option to check status of complaint raised. There is no exact number to reach you. Such a worst experience with your service and app. Still, I'm facing same issue and no one is addressing yet.... Right now, I'm on office meeting and getting issues. This is ridiculous.... Such a waste of time

I would suggest all to not get Hathaway internet. Customer service is extremely bad. I have been complaining for the past month all they do is send a message saying your query has been addressed. While the chatbot or so called app assistant is so badly made that it does not let you register you request and it won't even solve your problem. And if you think you can call and register a complain they either say their server is down and bear with them. No one calls and addressed the issue.

Internet service is of very poor quality. I am regretting why I got this connection. Till date no network has seen such slow speed. I complain almost every week. And the answer is received from the front, your problem will be solved in twenty four hours. But nothing happened. It takes hours to upload a video. I will not advise anyone to take this connection.

The customer service is horrible. The number provided only revolves around voicemails and does not get you in touch with any agent. I have been trying so hard to reach out to them to return my device. I only receive mails threatening me to return it or they will charge me for the device but no one from your side is actually talking to me regarding the same. There is absolutely no way to reach them. Absolute scam this is.
