Lacking Core Functionality present in the first version of the app. Obviously an attempt to streamline and modernize the app, but clearly not yet ready for primetime. Cannot make a new ticket, in a solution 100% focused on helpdesks that use tickets. That alone is enough to not use this version of the mobile app. The old version allows making tickets, but does not work on android with SSO. The old iOS version does both.

Can't disable new ticket push notifications.

It kinda annoying, you can't see the contents of some tickets. There's new features that makes it miles better than the 1st version but it's so bug filled that it's practically unusable. They need to invest more money on developing the mobile interface, learn from Facebook, mobile first...
