Good, but can be better. The media I listen to will sometimes pause for no reason, and the only way I can play it back is if I close the app and open up the media again. Sometime it won't remember when it paused, or go back to playing from 10 minutes before. I'll be listening to a podcast and lock my phone. When I unlock my phone, it skips back to where I locked my phone instead of continuing playing. It doesn't happen all the time, but more than enough to be annoying.

Developers are active and the new app design is a huge improvement. One of the important things I feel that is missing is alowing the users to place down bookmarks that would allow them to skip to a specific page. To GumRoad devs: thanks for telling me about the new night mode toggle in the app. It would also be nice that the app saves which theme was selected for each pdf. Having to deselect night and press default every time the app is opened is annoying. Thanks devs!

Excellent costumer service. They helped me resolve a problem that made content disappear. Even though the app has a lot of issues, the developers are very good at handling problems. They respond to most negative reviews trying to help them out. Thanks 👍

Lord almighty, fix your audio player please Edit: audio player will randomly start by itself after I pause or close out recording, while playing with screen shut off recording will rewind by itself upon opening screen again or going back into the app, player not responsive from status bar. On galaxy s10 if that matters

I do not know why this app is rated so low, I believe that this app is very simple and easy to use. It has everything that the user needs to browse through the products that the user has. Very nice app, overall a great experience.

I bought this workout program and I was really excited about it and this app ruined it for me. It won't let me download the instructional videos. And it won't open one of the files. I have the galaxy s20 so it ain't my phone.. im downloading it on my wifi so it isn't my internet and I read below and there's so many people experiencing problems with the app. Super disappointing . And judging by all the complaints I doubt you guys will try to fix it
