This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing TabNet by GTG Technology Group on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

I began testing this POS app in 2017 when I became GTG client. Intermodal. It has improved yet NEVER worked enough to enroll my fleet. Last month I learned from another motor carrier (so not from GTG) that there is a GTG brower-based driver solution instead that we could have been using all along and after testing, it’s true. GTG kept me testing this stupid app and hid the browser option for years now so I’m quite offended and obviously bitter. More so because after a week of using browser based, it’s now suddenly busted! Surely it’s just a glitch and not a deliberate tactic to push the app version, right? I also have a bridge I’d like to sell you. The rating in general for this app tells you all you need to know, it’s junk. I’m dropping my rating back to 1, it’s been long enough for this app to still not work.

Good idea...but not a good app... Unable to end a task and go to the next one. They should add a main menu. Fix it please...

App crashes when taking a picture thinks it funny too that Sohrob gave it a 5 star when he is one of the IT guys behind it, otherwise it would be a lower average rating

TabNet allows drivers to attach paperwork by simply taking a picture of the J1, BOL, Packing List, POD, Haz Mat, or any other document received by shipper/consignee. The benefit is this can be done real time or when driver gets an opportunity throughout the day to organize his paperwork. (Will eliminate trips to yard to turn is paperwork time, fuel, and insures drivers are paid quickly for completed loads). Dispatch program gives drivers the visibility/opportunity to view all loads they have done. Great tool for verifying pay and accessorials. TabNet provides real time tracking on all drivers to help measure driver performance, loads completed per day/week, on time pickup and delivery, service failures, and monitors driver’s insurance. Operational benefits include, reduced calls to dispatchers, dispatchers can efficiently plan a drivers day/week, pickup and delivery times are automatically updated by driver, real time updates for arrival/departure events, real time image/document acquisition and transmission to client, cost analysis, tracks drivers pay, POD’s are turned in real time, and invoices can be sent out automatically.
