This is the worst app. It is showing the vacant seats on the bus, which are already booked. Sometimes, when we do the procedure to book a ticket, it is showing continuous loading and there is no any other option rather than close the app. Par below performance of the app. Very very bad User experience even it can be called worst experience.

What a disgusting app.. everything works improperly...for an example if I try to find my bus live location it doesn't shows also ticket booking is main problem this app needs lots of improvement.. however IRCTC is good and it is easy to use on the other hand this app is very confusing and not properly respond so please fix this millions of passengers like me use and gets stuck so must fix those issues

This application having only thing that's ticket booking. It's never store your ticket nor provide bus # on sms or app. Also it's really somewhat worth if you go back you've to go through again all the process. I feel state gujrat having best bus stop or bus port compare to rest but when it comes to app it's basic experience. Kindly improve atleast 30min before we can get the bus details. Hope that's very much possible to update. live tracking so that's also possible factor

It's a good app for booking tickets, but it has several vulnerabilities when processing payments. This often results in payment failures, and the servers are frequently busy. To improve the customer experience during booking, consider scaling the servers and using better services. Additionally, some pages are directly redirected from the website to the Android app, which causes UI issues, making it challenging to view full details and select items.

If 0 would have been option then its a zero. Useless App. I booked ticket for my parents and it got booked properly also. But there was nothing to track bus number or timing anything..but when they reached at the booked source station early, whichever bus stopped they said they dont consider online reservation etc etc. We waited and then took other mode of transportation. The money refund process/email id is also not proper/correct. Please remove this useless app and avoid confusion atleast.

Lost my money in upleta after booking, bus driver parked somewhere aside rather than on described platform without any announcement and gone. There is no information about bus number or bus route or any kind of identification on ticket, you have to go personally to each and every bus conductor to search your name in their list of booking. Booking only available before 4 to 5 hours only.
