About this app

CETS app is the integrated module of our TABNAV application of CSS Corp Pvt Ltd. This makes users to be more comfortable by giving necessary updates on their pickup and drop trip details, login details, proximity alert to your mobile, once CETS cab reaches your destination, initiating NCR request(allows you to do cancellation of your scheduled trips for a week now – free from all SMS costs), live cab movements etc. ( Minimum 2G data plan is needed and Gmail account to be signed in your Android mobile)
As our Organization, continuously thrives to ensure your safe boarding and drop during your scheduled trips, it has come up with a mandatory authentication process, that needs to be executed by respective cab users, during their boarding and drop time through ‘smartkey’ input, which will work without 2G/3G/4G connectivity. So, we highly appreciate and request you to do this authentication ‘smartkey’ validation by your own, without fail. Please do not share any of your passcode or smartkey numbers to anyone to execute this process.

Even, if you do not have your mobile, the mandatory authentication ‘smartkey’ process can be executed by you, by pressing the button against your name in the driver TABNAV app and select option 2 – ‘generate smartkey’

SOS feature – this is one of the vital feature added into the app, to help the respective employee at the time of any real emergency(please avoid fake trigger), in real-time, while travelling in the scheduled cab. Alert will be triggered on the screen, at the helpdesk center of CETS, with details of cab, driver and employee to track and swiftly act on such alert/request.

Only the registered user of CSS Corp Pvt Ltd can make use of this application. Currently this application will work from 4.0 version and above of Android
