What's the point of the "reward points?" There is nothing useful for me and my everyday use at my unit! Big deal, I get "quizzes" and claim points for "reading" some article! A "Nudge" feels like a cheap and pointless notification like the "pokes" on Facebook! Once the school year starts if there is nothing useful I am deleting the app.

I like the app but it needs more. Like why can't I see the cheers I gave out. And why can't people respond to those cheers. Like a thank you button. Etc. Stats like how long we been on nudge etc. Needs more!

Not a fan of having a social media aspect at work, but its okay I guess. Definitely could be replaced with more useful tools. Too much talking, not enough doing these days.
