Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GreatVines Mobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

GreatVines Mobile allows users to access their GreatVines account data online and offline, manage Customers and Contacts, review Analytics dashboard, log Account Visits, upload and tag Photos, present Content files, search Accounts by Geolocation, complete Account Surveys and process Sales Orders. Users may also edit Account fields, Tasks, Events and Objectives as well.

New features

NOTE: As a precaution, we recommend logging out of your existing GreatVines app BEFORE upgrading. Some users have experienced upgrade issues related to their existing user session, and requiring them to delete the app and reinstall. Logging out prior to updating the app should avoid this issue.

We've updated GreatVines mobile app to utilize the latest Salesforce Mobile SDK. This update doesn't include anything new on the front-end, but the back-end is all updated and running great!
