The delivery service part of the app is good however I have had multiple experiences with this app where I pay with a credit card and it say "payment failed" on the app but my bank reflects that the payment has gone through. As a result, I do not get an order number and then it becomes my problem where I have to phone around to find out what happened to my order that I paid for. Very frustrating and more work than it should be. An app is supposed to be convient but this certainly is not 👎🏼

Today we had the worst service delivery ever... after our order gets accepted and paid for Insta-eat decides to cancel our order without notifying us or even coming to some kind of compromise. We called the store and the store advised us that the order was made but was canceled by someone from Insta-eat. This is the worst service ever. I will no longer be recommending the app to family and friends. Not if we get treated the way we did with no proper apology 😒

It's great to have an app that delivers to our area. I have had a couple poor service experiences though, however Insta-Eat was very apolagetic and made up for it.
