This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Discover on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

About this app

Download the free Discover app to experience Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) on your mobile. For the best experience, please ensure you have a good WiFi connection.

Virtual Reality (VR)

Experiences can be viewed with or without a VR cardboard (or comparable) headset. If you have a VR headset, select Stereo Mode. If you don’t have a VR headset, choose Mono Mode. For the best experience, use a VR headset and ensure your volume is turned on. Enjoy the experience don’t forget to look around!

Augmented Reality (AR)

Experiences don’t require a headset. Place the 3D object on a physical surface by tapping the screen on the area you want to place the object. For the best experience, use surfaces with texture (e.g. wooden table with pattern) as the 3D object won’t ‘stick’ to smooth surfaces (e.g. reflective gloss table).

The Discover app is designed for market research companies to provide better consumer research experiences.
