Customer Service doesn't reply. Tried their email multiple times as indicated inside the app, tried social media several times, they just ignored everything. People beware - some parts ask you to pay with credit card. They don't use gpay, you have to enter card number manually, pretty dangerous. If something goes wrong with transaction, you will be left without help - customer service doesn't exist. This app should be taken off from play store. It's a joke, not a serious company

I'm not received from streaming,reading articles,watching ads and etc.I'm got"you have already accumulated your votes" or [Network Error]please try again later".Why?Can you slove this problem.I still can't use app.My phone is an android. Thank you.

Thank you so much for updating it in english language. I thought everything would be better. But right now, it's still not. I can't drop my votes. It always says connection failed when i clearly have a strong connection. I tried from other apps and i was able to drop votes, but not to yours. I don' know if it's only me but please help me on this. I also can't collect coins from the calendar. Barely can open the articles as well. Hope this can be fixed 😭

The app itself is fine. It has some errors like ads not loading or crashing time to time but it's not as bothersome as some other apps. My biggest complaint is language. Is there no option to make English version too? You could partner with international companies and earn more money. Or Japanese, Chinese, wouldn't be that helpful? And if you don't wanna spend money at least give us some auto translate for main menu so it's easier to navigate. We want to do missions and buy things too but hard.

Since 3 days ago, Jun 1st, the 20 p videos (yellow button) do not load in my phone. My phone is the latest Android model and it is totally compatible with Duckad, all due permissions (allow phone calls, storage, etc) have been conceded to the app and I have installed the updated version of Duckad available in Playstore. I have uninstalled and installed again the app, I have deleted cache and restarted my cellphone, I have tried everything and still I am unable to watch the 20 p videos.

I really love this app even though his language is korean..but I have a problem everytime I open the app it automatically logs out then I also have difficulty logging in to google because it doesn't work either..Please fix this as soon as possible ... And I have another problem when I want to watch an ad, especially when the ones that will be added to you (points) are big, I can't always watch the low ones..and that's annoying
