I'm not real sure what that was.... I wasn't real sure how to get started, but it didn't take long. Once I was browsing, I saw a few things that interested me. One was a "BUY IT NOW" offer that I could not figure out how to purchase. The other was just one to place a bid, which i tried and the whole dang app froze up. Okay, fixed that, tried again....repeat!! I'm done. I'll just visit your stores in person!

I like the auctions. The app is clunky with very few bells and whistles. The entire app needs an overhaul. Glitchy.

Would not recognize my login! I created an account online and at login it would not recognize my username or password. I redid it 3 times and then flipped over to the app to login, only to be told the account I set up minutes before does not exist. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!

Wont go past getting to the menu search bar wont load any auctions just pops up "this website is unavaible error

I search something it comes on for 10 seconds and then poof Goodwill's just gone and I'm back to what I was search in a working on prior. I thought it was my phone but it's not because Goodwill app is the only thing that that keeps doing it and it's done it about 20 to 25 times already. I deleted it and downloaded it all over again. No help I give up I don't like this app and I'm uninstalling it
