Lala Latifah, lahir di Serang Banten tahun 1978, Lulusan SI Paud di UMJ, pernah menjadi guru dan kepala sekolah Taman kanak kanak, bergabung di beberapa organisasi sosial masyarakat, pernah menggeluti dunia MLM di antaranya Oriflame, Tupperware, berjualan secara konvensional, juga terjun di dunia Asuransi sampai menjadi seorang leader.
