About this app

Nama saya Fidel Lamadorok, Saya berasal dari keluarga sederhana, ayah saya seorang petani dan ibu saya pengasuh rumah tangga. Saya dilahirkan di desa Lewopao – Adonara, salah satu pulau kecil diujung pulau Flores – NTT, 36 tahun lalu. Pendidikan saya terakhir di Politeknik Negeri Kupang, Jurusan Teknik Sipil. Pada tahun 2007 s.d 2009 saya bekerja di Kontraktor sebagai pelaksanan lapangan. Pada tahun 2010 s.d 2015 saya bekerja di dunia pemberdayaan masyarakat dan saya bergabung di PNPM – MPd, sebagai Fasilitator Kecamatan Teknik (FK-T). Pada tahun 2016 s.d sekarang saya bekerja di P3MD (Program Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa), dengan posisi/jabatan saya sebagai Pendamping Teknik Infrastruktur (PDTI).
Selama sekian tahun saya menggeluti pekerjaan saya di dunia pemberdayaan masyarakat dan di bidang teknik, ada banyak hal yang sudah saya peroleh, namun ada niat dan dorongan dari hati saya untuk berwira usaha dan ingin punya bisnis sendiri. Ada banyak bisnis yang ditawarkan namun saya merasa kurang cocok, dan ketika saya mengenal BUMSS di medsos, saya langsung jatuh cinta sama BUMSS, dan saya langsung ambil keputusan untuk bergabung bersama BUMSS di Agustus 2016.
Keputusan saya bergabung di BUMSS karena saya menganalisa kebutuhan manusia jaman sekarang semuanya terkover di BUMSS., dengan satu aplikasi bisa menjawab semua kebutuhan manusia. Semoga BUMSS bisa mengubah kehidupan kita lebih baik lagi dari hari kemarin.
